I liked it when you shared that having a deck will add a lot to curb appeal if it is installed and maintained correctly. My mother just mentioned the other day that she is planning to improve the appearance of our house as she wants to make it more appealing and lively. I will suggest to her installing a deck so we can have a nice outdoor area to enjoy our teatime.

I find it amazing that installing a deck in your home can make it more impressive to potential buyers if ever you plan on selling it in the future. My uncle has this old property that he wants to get rid of because of bad memories. I should recommend that he consider this as a part of his home improvement project for next month.

This is a must read. You can see minimum number of people who put a custom deck on their houses. Maybe it is for social purposes like when guest come or their friends or for party purposes. But one thing is for sure, it adds value to your house just like mentioned above. But what do you think on countries with very hot seasons? My advise is they should put decks in opposite direction where the sun rises.
